How do we talk, meet, and stuff like that?

We’ll talk just like real team partners over email, zoom, teams, google meet, loom, etc. We also use support tickets via web forms or email. And we’re going to have recurring check in meetings to talk about what was done and the next steps.

How often will you check my systems?

We are using a variety of tools that may be checking your system as often as every minute in real time. In addition to that we do system and user experience checks weekly to monthly depending on your plan. We’ll also check your systems after every update, optimization, fix, or enhancement.

Do you care about security?

YES! We really care about security! Here are some of the things we use – SSL, HTTPS, Certificates, Password Managers like LastPass, DashLane, Firewalls, Attack reports by who and country, Antivirus software, Limit access only to those required, Avoid Weak passwords, Specify users by rights and roles.
